How It Works
Simple to start, easy to keep
DEOSAI runs on a shared, reusable bottle system. You pay a deposit on the bottles rather than buying them outright, and we collect the empties every time we deliver.
Request service
Use the Request Service form to tell us whether the account is for a home or a business, and where you are located in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Larger organizations can use the Enterprise Inquiry instead.
Onboarding
We confirm your details, agree a starting delivery schedule, and place your reusable 19 litre bottles with you on a deposit basis. The bottles remain part of our shared, inspected pool.
Scheduled delivery
Most households are served weekly. On every visit we deliver full bottles and collect your empties for inspection, washing, sterilising and refilling. The schedule adapts over time as we learn your usage.
Flexibility and rush requests
If you run low before your next scheduled delivery, send a rush request for an earlier drop-off. No emergency phone calls or waiting for the next cycle.
The bottle loop
What happens to every empty
Returned bottles are inspected and smelled, then washed and sterilised with hydrogen peroxide and hot water at 70 degrees Celsius before being refilled and screened. Any bottle that fails inspection is retired rather than refilled.
